Jim Kopp Hell Hounds 16x30 WP1820 SOLD

During a visit to Atlanta in 1999, Jim Kopp saw an exhibit at the High Museum featuring well known Georgia artist Howard Finster and was inspired. He taught himself, experimenting with found objects, wood and paint. The result is a decidedly primitive, intuitive style as opposed to realism or details. 

This is a mixed media piece on reclaimed wood. "Hell Hounds & A National Gtr" and measures 16" wide and 29.5" long. Painted with acrylics.
