Alan Noll

Alan Noll, art educator and artist, resides in Lancaster, SC, where his studio, Timber Creek Pottery, is located. Alan holds both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Art Education.  He relocated to SC from Maryland where his career spanned 32 years in the nation’s third largest school system. His students’ work has been recognized on local, state and national levels. He has been listed in Who’s Who in American Teachers and received the “Career Art Educator of the Year Award” in 2002. His interests over the years have ranged from pencil rendering, watercolor, batik and stained glass to ceramics. His whimsical ceramic creations are exhibited in galleries, as well as in community juried shows.
