Mark's "folk" pottery mainly consists of face jugs, bottles, fish bottles and sculpture. Mark’s incredible sculptures include; little people, angels, devils, crabs, masks and wall hangings, which are made by altering wheel thrown forms and then firing in oxidation.

The thing I'd like to mention about Mark's "people" is that they all a have a rather happy personality - kind of like Mark himself. There's a twinkle in the eyes and, often, a mischievous grin. Take look at all his characters, and also notice that his noses are all different. Not exactly sure what that means, but it is something I've noticed.

This face jug is 8" tall and base is 3.25" diameter. Apologies for the photo - the winter sunlight really sucks the life out of the photos.
