Robin Rodgers Open Headed Double Handle 9" Whistling Face Jug DP3630

Traditional face jugs come in all shapes and sizes, manner of expressions, and often come in swirled, solid, or runny ash-glazed hues of brown, greens, or other colors. Robin Rodgers creates his face jugs on the potter’s wheel from both white and red clays.  Once each piece has dried to a leather-hard stage, he begins sculpting the features - each piece with its own distinct personality. High fired to cone 5, or roughly 2200 degrees Fahrenheit. 

This green swirl double handled open headed face jug is 9" tall with a 5.5" base and a 4" top opening.
