A few years ago while working in my booth at the BMAC in Philadelphia I was approached by a fellow ceramic artist who was working on a ceramic book and asked if I would like to submit pictures of my work for inclusion in the project. I was to include my philosophy, exploration of the design development, elemental qualities, visual challenges, etc. I grasped the gentleman by the shoulders, turned him to face my booth and asked him “Does this look like the work of someone with deep thoughts?” - Cindy

As for my philosophy it is very simple. I love what I do and do what I love.

CARE
Although the pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, their delicate nature practically mandates hand washing as a preferred cleaning method.

We no longer have this piece on the shelves ready to ship. Cindy will create one and drop ship from her studio. It will take 2-3 weeks depending on the orders ahead and the srying time leading up to the firing.  It will be very similar but please allow for small differences from the photo as each piece is made individually. Hand sculpted face with pink scallop flower on the head and a black rose in the center of the head, large scallop collar and dotted and striped base. Can also be used in the bathroom for fun toothbrush holders. Average 6.5" tall. The base is about 4" x 3".
