Sugar Army Helmet Turtle RD215 DS

Sugar Post critters are made in Salt Lake City, Utah. All items are handmade from recycled scrap metal and vintage World War II military surplus. Most items are made from 100% post consumer waste or surplus. Some incorporate factory "seconds", or mis-cuts. All products are welded, plasma cut and assembled in the studio, and every product is signed by the artist.

Helmet Turtle
This turtle is handmade from a WWII army helmet, and measures about 18"L (including removable head) x 7" tall x 11". He is full of personality. His head and neck slip off for shipping, and the thoughtful construction permits you to adjust his head direction at will. And as an added bonus, the spring neck bobs in the breeze, providing hours of enjoyment for those who like to look out the window at their back yard.  We no longer have this guy on our shelves ready to ship but Sugarpost does. A similar army turtle will be shipped directly from their studio. Please allow 5-7 days.

Shipping on this dude is $22. We ship with a tracking number so you know it's coming and we know it got there. Shipping to a military base will incur additional shipping fees (learned the hard way) to be charged prior to shipping. Should you purchase more than one item during a visit, and it can fit safely in the same box, we will credit your card the difference between what our cart automatically charges per item and the actual combined shipping.
